ACTS | Comfort In Tests

Acts 22:30-23:22 | Comfort In Tests | September 13, 2015

LAST WEEK we transitioned from Acts 22/23 where we read of Paul’s trial before the rulers of Israel which resulted in nothing short of anarchy in the Jewish leadership, requiring Rome to step back in to keep the court from literally tearing Paul to pieces. A deep disdain for Paul lead some 40 men to vow not to eat or drink anything until they murdered him.  Yet, in all of this chaos, we see God’s sovereign hand at work and unending compassion.
